Level 1: 8 years old & under, Level 2: 9-12 year olds, and Level 3: 13 years old & up. The estimated age range guides you to stay on track fundamentally. The workouts focus on the fundamentals of Ball Handling & Ball Control, Passing, Shooting, Defense, Rebounding, Basketball IQ, Footwork and more. The tests are based on the workouts, so the more you practice the easier the test will be. If you pass the test, then you can move on to the next level of that drill & continue improving your game.
